do you ever feel like there’s just so many pretty girls but most dudes are just subpar like there are radiant goddesses everywhere and just piles and piles of guys in backwards baseball caps and sandals

it’s called makeup

you can put eyeliner on a frat boy that doesn’t change the fact that’s he’s wearing a neon muscle shirt and nike flip flops

I did a variant for Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips’ new book THE FADE OUT. The first issue is brilliant.

Psyyyyched for this comic.

Emily Vancamp as Sharon Carter in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”

Here’s an example of what we call a “soft no”. Sharon turns down Steve’s offer in a way that’s meant not to insult him but never actually uses the word “no”.

Steve clearly gets the message, though, and importantly offers to leave her alone. Sharon’s comment afterwards gives him an opportunity to try again later, but he doesn’t press and respects her rejection of his company even though it’s probably hurt his feelings a bit.

Just in case you ever wonder “What would Captain America do?”; there you go.

some of y’all read too much into these things but this was good.

Some people need to learn the difference between reading into things and literally explaining what is actually fucking happening. Not everything on Tumblr is someone looking at something and blowing it out of proportion in one way or another, or expanding on their own ideas of what’s going on.

This is it. This is a soft no. This is literally an example of a soft no. This is not reading into things like my theory that Loki was himself under mind-control most of the way through Avengers. *points up* THIS IS A SOFT NO.

Happy birthday, Harry Potter!

To celebrate Harry’s birthday (and my undying love for the series), I made my own covers! I created patterns (Thanks for the inspiration Scandinavia!) using a significant object from each book. I used those in the movies as reference and digitally painted them. You can view the whole project here! :)

(It’s already July 31 here in the Philippines. Haha.)

Where television is fantastic, and is way ahead of film, is it doesn’t feel the need to polarize women so much, I experienced it in playing Anne Boleyn as well. [x]
